Location: 852 W. Fulton Market, Chicago, IL

Pay: Tipped hourly wage plus tips

Schedule: Full-time

Labriola Italian Specialties is looking for friendly, energetic bartenders to join our team in the heart of Fulton Market!

As a bartender, you'll do more than make great drinks-you'll help create the lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back. If you enjoy connecting with people, working as part of a team, and staying busy in a fast-paced restaurant, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
• Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to every guest
• Create a fun and welcoming atmosphere at the bar
• Learn the menu and confidently answer guest questions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Work closely with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly
• Follow all alcohol-service, safety, sanitation, and responsible-serving standards
• Help create memorable experiences for guests and a positive environment for coworkers

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to remain organized and efficient in a high-volume environment
• A dependable team player who enjoys working with others
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 21 years old and legally eligible to serve alcohol
• Current BASSET certification
• Previous bartending or restaurant experience is preferred, but we're willing to train great people with the right attitude
