We’re very excited to announce the opening of Gordon Ramsay at Sea Containers! A new dining destination created in partnership with Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global, opening this autumn 2026. Set directly on the River Thames in the heart of London’s South Bank, Gordon Ramsay at Sea Containers will bring together elevated British dining, exceptional hospitality and panoramic river views. With this, we are looking to add a Part Time Bartender to the team to really take us to the next level!

As a Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive, professional, and seamless service.

What you'll be doing:

• Deliver friendly, professional service and maintain strong communication with managers and team members
• Maintain strong product knowledge and ensure consistent, high-quality beverage service
• Take responsibility for assigned sections, including stock levels, cleanliness, and organisation
• Supervise bar backs and support teamwork across bar and floor staff
• Follow opening/closing procedures and ensure tasks are completed to company standards
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards; report and address hazards promptly
• Handle equipment properly and minimise breakages
• Adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and payment procedures (including Micros use)
• Maintain professionalism (punctuality, uniform standards, training attendance)
• Report customer feedback/complaints and carry out reasonable management requests

Salary: £12.71 p/h + extremely competitive service charge, plus benefits
