Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and drinks according to standard recipes.
Take guest orders and provide prompt and friendly service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Ensure proper stock levels and assist with inventory control.
Handle billing and cash transactions accurately when required.
Follow all hotel standards, hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol-service procedures.
Maintain good knowledge of the beverage menu and daily promotions.
Respond to guest requests professionally and ensure a positive guest experience.
Coordinate with the service team for smooth daily operations.
Assist with bar opening, closing, and general housekeeping duties.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or pub is preferred.
Good knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and bar service.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Friendly, confident, and well-groomed personality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.
