Bartender - Patio Bar

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-stocked and functional

- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations

- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations

- Handle cash and process payments accurately

- Monitor guest behavior and manage any issues responsibly to ensure a safe environment

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar and overall guest satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in an outdoor or patio setting

- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar equipment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- Valid bartending license or certification as per local regulations
