What You'll Do
As a Bartender, you'll create a welcoming experience for residents and guests by providing exceptional beverage service and hospitality.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Taking drink orders and answering questions about beverage selections
Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
Preparing garnishes and snack trays
Processing resident and guest charges through our point-of-sale system
Reconciling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with inventory and restocking supplies
Supporting dining room beverage service during meal periods
Assisting with special events and catering functions as needed
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation
What We're Looking For
Previous bartending experience preferred
Fine dining, restaurant, hotel, or club experience is a plus
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Friendly, professional, and hospitality-focused attitude
Ability to work collaboratively with residents, guests, and team members
Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to obtain BASSET certification within 30 days of hire
