Job Description

Are you a skilled and personable Bartender looking for a great opportunity? We’re seeking a full-time Bartender to provide exceptional beverage service at a beautiful residential community in Kissimmee, FL, working with a leading Property Management Company.

How Our Employees Make an Impact:

  • Prepare & Serve Drinks – Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages while ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Engage with Residents & Guests – Provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience, building rapport with residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain a Clean & Organized Bar – Keep the bar area stocked, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards.
  • Monitor Inventory & Ordering – Track liquor, mixers, and bar supplies, and assist in ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Ensure Responsible Alcohol Service – Check IDs, follow responsible alcohol service guidelines, and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
  • Assist with Special Events – Support themed nights, community gatherings, and private events to enhance the resident experience.
  • Work with Property Management – Collaborate with the management team to align bar operations with community events and resident expectations.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of bartending experience in a hospitality, restaurant, or private club setting.
  • Mixology Skills: Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, beer, and wine.
  • Customer Service-Oriented: Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude with a focus on providing top-tier service.
  • TIPS or ServSafe Certification: Preferred but not required.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to multitask, keep track of orders, and maintain cleanliness.
  • Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events and peak service times.
