Role Purpose:

Proudly delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences, we are seeking confident bar talent with experience in mixology, premium beverage service and creating memorable guest moments. You will bring flair, product knowledge and genuine personality to every interaction, whether crafting cocktails, recommending the perfect pour or elevating the energy of the venue.

Reporting to our Venue Manager, this roles work closely with a well-established and dynamic Food and Beverage team, contributing to a service culture that is polished, engaging and unmistakably Crystalbrook Kingsley.

Responsibilities:

You will shake, stir, blend and serve with style — creating cocktails, conversation and moments guests remember. From classic pours to creative recommendations, you will bring confidence, personality and genuine hospitality to every guest interaction.

• Create and serve a range of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers and other beverages with confidence, consistency and flair
• Deliver warm, engaging and memorable service through genuine conversation, product knowledge and personality
• Confidently recommend drinks, flavour profiles and pairings to enhance the guest experience
• Prepare garnishes, syrups, blends and bar ingredients to support a creative and efficient bar operation
• Maintain strong knowledge of cocktail techniques including shaking, stirring, muddling, blending and building drinks
• Keep the bar beautifully presented, clean, organised and fully stocked throughout service
• Work quickly and calmly during busy periods while maintaining quality, accuracy and guest connection
• Follow responsible service of alcohol requirements and ensure a safe, professional environment for guests and collaborators
• Support stock control, ordering, wastage reduction and sustainable bar practices where required
• Collaborate with the broader food and beverage team to create a seamless and elevated guest experience

Skills and experience:

• A natural ability to connect with people from around the globe
• Demonstrated experience in cocktail and wine service
• An absolute passion for your chosen 'trade'
• Ability to offer savvy suggestions on beverages to impress any indecisive guest.
• Provide that insight into the best spirits, wines and cocktails to suit the palette or the mood.
• A knowledge of great cocktails and local ingredients
• Having initiative to learn more and do more to contribute to having the best service-reputation in town
• Demonstrate your interest in hospitality and service industry through study or experience in customer service
• current Valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Card
