Your Role

As a Bartender, you will:

  • Craft exceptional beverages with precision and creativity, showcasing your mixology expertise.
  • Engage warmly with guests, providing personalized recommendations and delivering the ultimate LPM experience.
  • Maintain a spotless and inviting bar environment, ensuring every detail meets LPM standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold LPM’s high service standards
  • Share your extensive product knowledge with the team to enhance their expertise.

What You Need

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written). 🗣️
  • A natural attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
  • Strong skills in organization, time management, and stress handling
  • Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • A team-oriented mindset with exceptional communication skills

About La Petite Maison (LPM)

La Petite Maison is the home French Riviera-inspired cuisine with locations in London, Dubai, Miami, Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong, Riyadh, Limassol, Doha, Las Vegas and Mykonos.

LPM is first and foremost food-driven, and ingredient-led with fresh and light French Riviera-inspired cuisine. LPM’s simplicity is found in fresh Mediterranean produce, with dishes using artichokes, courgettes, lemons, olives, and tomatoes, alongside the freshest seafood, meat, and pasta.

The menu, designed for sharing amongst the table, is complemented by a substantial French wine list that includes an extensive selection from Provence.

LPM’s authentic cuisine perfectly blends with the ambience of each of its locations, which are renowned for a pared back environment reminiscent of the Côte d’Azur, framed in a light colour palette with accents of fine linens and marble.
