Bartender
Up to Full-Time Hours Available
Join the team at Crowne Plaza Sydney Darling Harbour, where modern comfort meets genuine hospitality. We’re seeking an experienced and engaging Bartender who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a warm, welcoming environment.

About the Role

  • Up to full-time hours available with the opportunity for a stable, ongoing roster including weekends
  • Consistent evening shifts, offering reliability and work-life balance
  • Bar operates with closing times between 10:00pm – midnight, no late-night finishes
  • Work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment where guest experience is the priority
  • Be part of a team that values quality service, great energy, and genuine hospitality

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in cocktail preparation and bar service
  • Strong table service skills with attention to detail
  • A friendly, confident personality with the ability to engage guests and build rapport
  • Someone who takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work evenings and weekends consistently
  • NSW RSA
  • Working Rights in Australia

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and serving high-quality cocktails and beverages
  • Delivering attentive and efficient table service
  • Creating a memorable guest experience and making patrons feel at home
  • Maintaining a clean and well-organised bar area
  • Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service
