Cocktail Bartender (Casual Contract) job opening for JOIA Rooftop

We are hiring our Cocktail Bartender to join our team at JOIA, our restaurant, bar, and rooftop on the 14th, 15th and 16th floor of art’otel Battersea Power Station Hotel with iconic views overlooking Battersea Power Station.

Conceptualised by two Michelin-starred Portuguese Chef Henrique Sa Pessoa.

JOIA will celebrate dishes showcasing Henrique’s vibrant, unique, and fresh take on traditional dishes using the best of British and Iberian produce sourced locally.

A natural entertainer and people’s person our Cocktail Bartender will strive to deliver a memorable experience with each sip of their expertly crafted drinks. They will possess excellent knowledge of spirits and classic cocktails and a creative flair for creating new and exciting drinks to satisfy our guest's needs.

As our Cocktail Bartender, you will receive:

• Salary: It is anticipated you will receive from £12.94 (minimum contracted rate) to around £18 (rate inclusive of TRONC) per hour worked – inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance

As our Bartender you will:

• Take pride in exceeding guests' expectations and be able to anticipate guests' needs and deliver a memorable experience.
• Be a passionate and highly motivated Team player with the ability to inspire your team
• Be experienced in Mixology (preferable)
• Experience building productive relationships with colleagues within the bar and across other departments, looking for ways to enhance the guest experience
