Our associates are focused on providing our guests with the best stay possible, to help them pursue their passions through travel.

Together we have two unique experiences, with one address, and one team of hospitality professionals dedicated to being the best in everything we do.

OUR ROLE

Reporting to the F&B Director, the Bartender is responsible for serving beverages to guests in a professional, competent, and prompt manner, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests while showcasing extensive wine, spirits and beer knowledge, according to restaurant standards.

Key accountabilities include:

Consistently provide the highest quality of service to our customers and staff alike.

Prepare drink orders from customers/servers in proper calling order.

Make cocktails in accordance with the 5-Star Standards - solid cubes of ice, thoughtful and elegant garnishes, fresh juices and all in appropriate glassware.

Create a pleasant, friendly, hospitable, effective and professional working atmosphere at all times- this involves being genuine in all interactions.

Comply with established procedures in standard ProServe beverage practices regarding the serving of alcohol and the identification of minors.

Check and replace glassware where needed.

Stock and replenish ice at all ice stations.

Follow set and established procedures regarding the use of promotional drinks.

Follow all safety and security policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions.

YOUR STORY

Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, bar or hotel environment.

Someone with an outstanding work ethic, along with a track record of reliability, punctuality and an approachable demeanor, with a strong commitment to Safety.

Someone with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Able to work well under pressure, multitask and enjoys a fast-paced environment.

Someone with a positive attitude, eagerness to learn and prefers to work as part of a team.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Valid ProServe certification.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs.
