We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and guest-focused Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will prepare handcrafted cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty beverages while delivering friendly, attentive, and efficient customer service. Whether supporting a nationally recognized restaurant brand or a locally inspired dining concept, you will help create a relaxing and enjoyable experience for travelers from around the world.

• Provide friendly, fast, and attentive customer service to all guests
• Greet guests promptly and create a positive first impression
• Take beverage and food orders accurately and efficiently
• Build rapport with guests and create memorable dining experiences
• Make menu recommendations and suggestive sales to enhance the guest experience
• Respond professionally to guest questions, concerns, and special requests
• Deliver first-class hospitality in a busy, high-energy restaurant environment
• Prepare and serve cocktails, mixed drinks, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
• Maintain knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, beer selections, and wine offerings
• Ensure proper drink presentation, garnishes, and glassware standards
• Verify guest identification and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and handle intoxicated guests professionally
• Follow all local and state liquor laws and food safety regulations
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for cash and credit transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized, sanitized, and fully stocked bar area
• Complete opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
• Assist with inventory management, stocking, and replenishment of bar supplies
• Support overall restaurant cleanliness including sweeping, wiping surfaces, and maintaining sanitation standards
• Work collaboratively with servers, cooks, managers, and support staff to ensure smooth operations
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures at all times
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform guidelines
• Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and teamwork
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced restaurant and airport environment
• Support leadership decisions and contribute to a positive workplace culture
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum 1 year bartending experience required
• Restaurant, hospitality, bar, lounge, or food service experience preferred
• Experience in high-volume bars, airport restaurants, hotels, or casual dining environments is a plus
• Food Handler Certification and alcohol awareness certification preferred (ServSafe or equivalent)
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation, beer, wine, and liquor service
• Experience using POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment
• Basic math and cash handling skills required
• Ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused hospitality environment
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical job duties
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform bending, reaching, walking, and stocking tasks
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional, outgoing, and guest-oriented personality
