At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are currently looking for a Full Time Bartender to join the team in Mayfair, Central London with an immediate start!

We’re searching for an experienced Bartender / Mixologist who knows how to turn great drinks into unforgettable guest experiences. From expertly crafted classics to signature cocktails with flair, you’ll bring energy, personality and precision to every shift.

This is more than just tending bar it’s about creating atmosphere, building connections and delivering exceptional service in a luxury setting where every detail matters.

What we’re looking for:

• A confident, charismatic bartender with strong cocktail knowledge

• Experience working in premium bars, luxury hotels or high-end venues

• Passion for mixology, presentation and guest experience

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, vibrant environment

• A team player with personality, professionalism and style

• Someone who can commit to working 40 hours per week including evenings and weekends
