The Role

• Primary focus: Bartending – delivering drinks service, wine knowledge, cocktail flair, and great chat.

• Also: Table Hosting – waiting tables with warmth, rhythm, and presence when needed.

• Flexibility is key. One shift you might be mixing Negronis, the next you’re guiding guests through a South African wine journey.

Who You Are

• You’ve got personality, presence, and that rare ability to make every guest feel seen and special.

• You feel deeply passionate about South African culture, wine, food, or hospitality.

• Comfortable in fast-paced environments — you thrive under pressure and know how to bring the vibe.

• You don’t “serve.” You host, entertain, engage, and elevate
