About the role:

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests while delivering exceptional customer service in a professional and friendly manner. The role ensures efficient bar operations, maintains cleanliness and hygiene standards, and creates a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the guest experience.

What you will do:

· Must be able to work independently, be highly motivated and well organized.

· Communicates in a clear manner.

· Work in a fast paced environment.

· Provide exceptional service according to standards.

· Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards.

· Provide knowledge of wines, spirits and mixed drinks including origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain a working knowledge of liquors, wines, beets, ports, armagnacs, eau de vies, cognacs and specialty drinks.

· Maintain an accurate inventory count, process log entries for voids and spillage, cut and prepare fruits and other beverage garnishments.

What you bring:

· Previous bartending experience in a hotel, restaurant, lounge, or bar environment preferred

· Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage preparation techniques

· Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures

· Strong customer service and communication skills

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

· Professional appearance and positive attitude

· Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
