Bartenders will be responsible to prepare and serve drinks to customers. Able to mix and match ingredients in order to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with customers’ needs and expectations. The purpose of this position is to interact with the hotel guests and local patrons and ensure they have a great experience at the bar or lounge.

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Be able to jump in and assist in making food orders or plating, if needed
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks/food orders and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Assist Managers as needed.
