Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
- Provide warm, engaging service to bar guests and assist servers with beverage orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines for all drinks and cocktails
- Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Accurately process cash and credit card transactions
- Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to support seamless service
- Uphold Max A Mia’s standards of quality, presentation, and hospitality

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For

Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant is REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of Italian wines, spirits, and classic cocktails is a plus
- TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred
- Experience providing both bar and dining room beverage service is ideal

- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-energy, high-volume setting
- Knowledgeable and confident in food and beverage pairings
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
