Bartender/Server

Mugshots Grill & Bar is looking for a dynamic and experienced Bartender/Server to join our team! As a Bartender/Server, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service, crafting delicious cocktails, and assisting with food service when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  
  
• Take and serve drink and food orders promptly and accurately
  
  
• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages
  
  
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  
  
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
  
  
• Provide knowledgeable and attentive service to enhance the guest experience
  
  
• Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender and server in a high-volume restaurant or bar
  
  
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and preparation techniques
  
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
  
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• TIPS or equivalent certification is preferred

Compensation: $14.00 - $30.00 per hour
