We’re looking for a Cafe/Bar Attendant with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere in a lobby lounge setting. This person takes pride in preparing quality coffee, cocktails, and classic or signature drinks with attention to detail, while genuinely caring for each guest’s experience. With a natural curiosity for food and beverage, they feel comfortable recommending a local beer, a glass of wine, or a crafted drink, and engaging in casual, meaningful conversations with guests. Professional, approachable, and adaptable, they know how to read the room and tailor their service to guests who choose to pause, connect, and unwind at the bar.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Recommend, prepare and serve beverages and food to guests' taste, providing them with an excellent customer service experience.
• Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere at the lounge, building connections with guests and anticipating their needs
• Ensure that bar supplies are optimized and comply with health and safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-kept bar area and equipment at all times.
• Comply with current laws and regulations regarding alcohol.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service flow during peak periods.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 1 to 2 years' experience as a barista or bartender
• Ability to work efficiently by multitasking
• Good physical condition: must be able to stand for several hours at a time and lift/carry loads up to 50 lb
• Knowledge of restaurant cash register systems, an asset

Hiring hourly rate: 17,81$ + tips
