Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service at the bar and to dining guests
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout service
- Follow portioning, recipe, and presentation standards
- Accurately handle cash and credit transactions
- Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Support team service and assist with restocking and closing duties
- Contribute to a positive and professional team atmosphere
QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in an upscale-casual or high-volume restaurant is REQUIRED
- Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, spirits, and beer is REQUIRED
- Experience with seafood-focused menus and raw bar service is a plus
- TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred

- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
