Job Description

We are hiring Bartender on behalf of a respected employer based in Montenegro and Croatia The ideal candidates should be service-oriented, professional, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and limit alcohol consumption by customers to ensure responsible drinking, including arranging alternative transportation for intoxicated guests.
• Balance cash receipts and process customer payments accurately.
• Check customer identification to verify legal age requirements for purchasing alcohol.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including workstations, tables, and seating areas.
• Clean and sanitize glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
• Mix and prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, based on standardized recipes.
• Serve wine, bottled beer, and draft beer according to proper serving techniques.
• Stock and organize bar supplies such as alcohol, ice, glassware, napkins, and straws.
• Take and process beverage orders from customers and serving staff efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a bartender or in a related role preferred.
• Strong attention to customer needs and the ability to provide excellent service.
• Knowledge of alcohol serving regulations and responsible beverage service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, seasonal contract with the possibility of extension.
• Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically demanding role requiring standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• Primary work locations include bars, restaurants, hotels, and event venues.
• One day off per week.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 700 - 1000 EUR per month (depending on experience).
• Accommodation provided.
• Daily meals included.
• Transportation provided (at least one-way).
• Work permit assistance available.
