Your Role
As a Bartender, you are the curator of the guest experience from the very first sip. Whether preparing a timeless Negroni or crafting a bespoke cocktail that speaks to the season, you bring elegance, efficiency, and warmth to every interaction. You’ll work alongside a professional front-of-house team to ensure seamless service that elevates the entire dining experience.
Key Responsibilities

  • Craft with Care: Prepare classic and signature cocktails with consistency, speed, and attention to detail, using premium ingredients and refined techniques.
  • Guest Connection: Engage guests with charm and professionalism, offering thoughtful recommendations and a personalized experience from aperitivo to nightcap.
  • Maintain the Bar Program: Uphold inventory standards, assist with ordering, and support the development of seasonal cocktail features and wine pairings.
  • Service Excellence: Collaborate closely with servers and managers to ensure flawless timing, presentation, and hospitality throughout the dining room and bar area.
  • Clean & Composed: Maintain a clean, organized, and elegant bar environment, aligned with the expectations of a fine dining establishment.


What You Bring

  • Experience Required: 3-5+ years of bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and classic cocktails.
  • Refined Palate: Understanding of flavor balance, spirit profiles, and how to elevate guest experiences through pairing and presentation.
  • Professional Demeanor: Poised under pressure, well-spoken, and confident in both pace and precision.
  • Team-Oriented Mindset: A seamless communicator and collaborator with a genuine respect for hospitality and teamwork.
  • Flexible Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
