Responsibilities:
- Mix and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide fast, friendly, and accurate bar service to guests and support to servers
- Maintain a clean and fully stocked bar area at all times
- Follow recipes and portion standards for consistent drink quality
- Accurately process transactions and handle cash/credit payments
- Check guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Engage with guests in a fun and welcoming manner to enhance the dining experience
- Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For

Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a casual or high-volume bar/restaurant is REQUIRED
- Comfortable with beer, wine, classic cocktails, and fun, branded beverage offerings
- TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred
Skills and Qualities:
- Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality
- Excellent multitasking skills in a busy, high-energy environment
- Ability to stay organized and focused under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset
- Professional and team-oriented with a great work ethic
