Bartender – Mountain Creek
Location: Vernon, NJ         Reporting to: F&B Manager

About Mountain Creek:
Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants, and lodge facilities.
How the Bartender works with the Team:
A Bartender will serve alcohol to our guests in a professional and friendly manner. In addition, will provide our guests with the information necessary to make a dining or drinking choices by performing a menu tour and ensuring guest satisfaction.

- - - - Greet and thank each guest in an enthusiastic, professional & timely manner
- - - - Be knowledgeable about the products and the services Mountain Creek provides
- - - - Serve the guests’ selections in a manner that is consistent with Mountain Creek‘s policies and procedures
- - - - Stock and maintain adequate inventory in designated workstation
- - - - Complete daily opening and closing checklists
- - - - Provide a positive team experience, earn customer loyalty, mutual respect and continuously striving to be the best
- - - - Perform other duties as assigned by your Manager/Supervisor

- - - - 1-2 year of Bartending experience in a high-volume establishment
- - - - Excellent communication skills
- - - - Professional, mature, and friendly demeanor
- - - - Willingness to work as part of a team
- - - - Must have knowledge of basic cleanliness and sanitation practices
- - - - Must be 18 years of age or older
- - - - Knowledgeable in all areas of the bartending field
- - - - Ability to work in a fast, upbeat environment
