Bartender – Mountain Creek

Location: Vernon, NJ Reporting to: F&B Manager

About Mountain Creek:

Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants, and lodge facilities.

How the Bartender works with the Team:

A Bartender willserve alcohol to our guests in a professional and friendly manner. In addition, will provide our guests with the information necessary to make a dining or drinking choices by performing a menu tour and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Team Member Responsibilities:

• Create new drink menu items that are fun, creative, and trendy
• Greet and thank each guest in an enthusiastic, professional & timely manner
• Be knowledgeable about the products and the services Mountain Creek provides
• Serve the guests’ selections in a manner that is consistent with Mountain Creek‘s policies and procedures
• Stock and maintain adequate inventory in designated workstation
• Complete daily opening and closing checklists
• Provide a positive team experience, earn customer loyalty, mutual respect and continuously striving to be the best
• Perform other duties as assigned by your Manager/Supervisor

Team Member

Qualifications:

• 1-2 year of Bartending experience in a high-volume establishment
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional, mature, and friendly demeanor
• Willingness to work as part of a team
• Must have knowledge of basic cleanliness and sanitation practices
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Knowledgeable in all areas of the bartending field
• Ability to work in a fast, upbeat environment
