What will you do:
In-depth knowledge of spirits, liqueurs and mixers, with a talent for balancing flavors and preparing perfect cocktails. Coffee expert too!
Provide a memorable experience for our guests with your charm and attention.
Handle any complaints with positivity and friendliness.
Adhere to LPM's high standards, offer signature cocktails and keep the bar spotless.
Collaborate with your team to achieve common goals, fostering open and respectful communication.
What you need:
At least 4 years of F&B experience, including 2 years in a high-end restaurant and 2 years in a busy cocktail bar.
Fluent in English.
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
Communication, collaboration, and a positive working attitude.

LPM is first and foremost food-driven, and ingredient-led with fresh and light French Riviera-inspired cuisine. LPM’s simplicity is found in fresh Mediterranean produce, with dishes using artichokes, courgettes, lemons, olives, and tomatoes, alongside the freshest seafood, meat, and pasta.
The menu, designed for sharing amongst the table, is complemented by a substantial French wine list that includes an extensive selection from Provence.
