We are looking for a highly motivated,customer focusedBartender to join our team!  The Bartenderis responsible fordelivering memorable hospitality to our guests with genuine and personable connections and engaging service from theinitialgreeting to their departure. As a Bartender, it is your responsibility toseekto understand the guest’s needs while preparing perfect beveragesin a timely manner This individual will need to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude. If making meaningful connections, figuring out what it takes and stepping it up to win the day is what you do, and you love it, we want you! Duties and Responsibilities

Create a bulleted list of tasks and responsibilities the candidate in thisrollwill be expected to fulfill. Each line should be no more than one sentence. Consider outlining:

  • Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bar area

  • Adhere to standards set forth by management and company

  • Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily

  • Guide guests on their beverage journey through descriptive selling of the menu

  • Beaccuratein your order taking, confirming all special requests

  • Be the master of the bar, understanding the details to enhance the conversation

  • Work collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff

  • Assistguests who have concerns to guide them to a resolution that leaves them happy

  • Finalize the experience throughtimelyandaccuratebill presentation

  • Requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits

  • Ability to learn and follow proper steps of service for allguestsinteractions

  • Ability to work alone and in a team to include serving, bussing, running, general cleaning and special projects as assigned by management

  • Responsible formaintainingstock, cutting, andstoring ofall fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality.

  • Mixes, garnishes, and presents drinks following standard ingredient recipes and practicingportioncontrol.

  • Inputs orders into a register at the point of sale and creates a check for each guest

  • Locks up and stores all beverages, food and other equipment items, deposits cash drops and secures bankand all other duties as assigned.

What are we looking for?

Physical Requirements

  • Prior bartending experiencerequired

  • Ability to understand verbal English tocomprehendbasic guest requests. 

  • Ability to understand written English to read any caution or safety notices. 

  • Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, transport up to 75 lbs.

  • Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 200 lbs. 

  • All employees mustmaintaina neat, clean andwell groomedappearance
