Bars Manager – £41,500
This Bars Manager role is a great opportunity for a confident, hands-on hospitality professional to lead a multi-bar operation where service standards, team leadership and guest experience are key. The focus is on well-run bars, strong product knowledge and delivering a consistent, high-quality experience across every service.
Working closely with senior management, you’ll take ownership of the bars operation, leading teams, driving standards and ensuring smooth, efficient service in a fast-paced but organised environment.
Proven experience managing bars or a multi-outlet bar operation
Strong, hands-on leader with a visible floor presence
Excellent knowledge of drinks, service standards and bar operations
Confident managing rotas, stock, margins and compliance
Guest-focused with a professional, positive approach
Calm, organised and effective under pressure
Salary of £41,500
