Barrett Automotive is a full service automotive repair shop in North East Ga. We have been in business for 16 years! We currently have 2 locations in Cornelia Ga and Eastanollee Ga with growth plans to add more location in the future. We are looking for technicians who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what's right for our customers. What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and write accurate repair orders
• Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle symptoms
• Present estimates, repair recommendations, and maintenance needs
• Review digital vehicle inspection findings with customers
• Communicate by phone, text, and email
• Follow up with customers for repair approvals
• Order parts and coordinate availability
• Manage repair orders from check-in through completion
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Work closely with technicians to keep jobs moving efficiently
• Help maintain a minimum average repair order of approximately $650
• Build long-term relationships through honest, professional service

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of service advising, sales, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable presenting repair and maintenance recommendations
• Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders at once
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver’s license
• Professional attitude and team-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive service advisor experience
• Independent repair shop experience
• Tekmetric or DVI experience
• Parts ordering experience
• Automotive sales experience
• Understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair terminology
