El Skybar de Novotel Valencia Lavant es uno de los espacios más icónicos del hotel: coctelería con vistas, ambiente cuidado y servicio de alto estándar. Buscamos un/a Barman/Bartender con técnica, actitud y foco en la experiencia del cliente.
Sus principales responsabilidades serán:
Preparación y servicio de cócteles clásicos y de autor, combinados, bebidas y cafés, manteniendo consistencia y calidad.
Mise en place del bar: preparaciones, garnish, siropes, batches, control de stocks de barra.
Atención al cliente en barra y mesa (si aplica).
Cumplimiento de estándares de marca: presentación, tiempos de servicio, trato y storytelling de cócteles.
Gestión de cobros cuando proceda (TPV), control de consumos y mermas en coordinación con el responsable.
Mantenimiento de la limpieza y orden del puesto según APPCC/HACCP y normas de seguridad alimentaria.
Coordinación con sala y cocina para garantizar flujo de servicio en picos de actividad y eventos.
Experiencia mínima de 1–2 años como bartender/barman (valorable experiencia en rooftop, cocktail bar u hotel).
Dominio de coctelería clásica (IBA) y técnicas básicas: agitado, removido, build, macerados, espumas (según nivel).
Conocimientos de producto: destilados, vinos/espumosos, cervezas, mixers y garnish.
Buen ritmo de trabajo, organización y orientación a detalle.
Disponibilidad para turnos de tarde/noche y fines de semana/festivos.
Idiomas: Español alto (imprescindible) y inglés nivel atención al cliente (muy valorable).
