Brew62 is a fast-paced coffee shop offering coffee, espresso drinks, pastries, and grab-and-go options for mountain guests. Our team works together to create a welcoming, upbeat environment while delivering fast, friendly service, especially during peak hours.
Working at Brew62 means being part of a small, supportive team where flexibility, multitasking, and a positive attitude are key. Shifts can vary based on mountain traffic, with busier days typically falling on weekends, holidays, and duringspecial events Team members should be prepared to work on their feet, handle high-volume rushes (especially during peak hours), and contribute to daily operations including cleaning, stocking, and prep work. The Baristais responsible forthe daily operations of the CaféThe barista should feel comfortable working in ateam andindependently

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Responsible for the daily dutiespertaining toBrew 62and allcafé storage areas.
Required knowledge of allequipmentfunctionspertaining toBrew 62Mustbe able to perform all functions if needed.
Responsible forappropriate entryof data in POS systems and inventory.
Adheresto alluniform,safety, sanitation, food preparation, foodstorageand alcohol beverage controlpolicies;including but not limited to Washington State Health and Liquor Department regulations.
Develops andmaintainsvalues and reputation with staff, customers, and vendorsEnsuresa positive, harmonious,compliant,and cooperative work environment
Acts as a representative of Crystal Mountain with vendors, guests, and community members.
Ensures the satisfactory resolution of concerns or issues, intervening in complex and sensitive issues.
Abides by all Crystal Mountain employment guidelines.
KNOWLEDGE,SKILLAND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
Mustdemonstrateexceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills with astrong,independentwork ethic.
This position exercises mature judgment, excellent timemanagement,and sound decision making.
A strongproficiencyin computer applications including point-of-sale systems.
Specialized training or certification in food service sanitation and proper service etiquette are strongly recommended.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
This positionisrequiredto work evenings,weekends,and holidayswhile in operation
Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 20 pounds on an occasional basis.
