About the job

There's a coffee bar inside our Knokke spot, and it needs someone behind the machine who actually cares about what lands in the cup.

This isn't some faceless chain. It's small, it's ours, and whoever's pulling the shots sets the tone for the whole place. Good coffee, good energy, people walking out a little happier than they walked in. That's the job.

It kicks off this summer.

Where it goes after that? There might be more. We'll see ;)

Requirements

What you'll be doing

• Pulling shots and building drinks you'd actually want to drink yourself

• Running the bar: clean, stocked and ready, all day long

• Being the face of the place, the regulars should end up knowing your name

• Keeping the vibe up when it gets busy (and in Knokke in summer, it gets busy)

• Working side by side with the crew and your coffee bar lead

What you bring

• A bit of barista experience, enough to hold your own behind a machine. The rest we'll teach you.

• You're a student or flexi-jobber, available this summer (and up for longer if it clicks)

• Solid English, you'll be serving an international crowd

• Speed, energy, and a genuine thing for people

• You show up on time and ready to go

Nice to have

• Latte art that makes people reach for their phone

• Some hospitality or service background

• A feel for the Suspicious Antwerp world

What you're walking into

A small crew, a brand that does things its own way, and a summer in Knokke. You won't be a number here. You'll matter from day one.

Based in or around Knokke, or happy to get there. On-site only, it's a coffee bar after all.
