Job Category: Customer ServiceWe are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages, and ready to eat foods to company standards
- Take customer orders accurately and handle transactions using a POS system
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and seating areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or coffee preparation preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
