Job Description

Job Title: Barista

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages and other drinks.
  • Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
  • Ensure the coffee bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Handle customer orders, manage transactions, and provide exceptional service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a barista or in a similar hospitality role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a dynamic environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
