Metz Culinary Management is growing and we are seeking talented Baristas who share our passion for AMAZING beverage creations and UNFORGETTABLE Service. We are seeking candidates for full and part-time roles in a fast-paced Government Dining setting. Due to the nature of this Government setting, the following requirements are mandatory:
In this position you will enjoy a vibrant, creative and hospitality driven environment with tons of room for growth. You will enjoy a work/life balance with a Monday through Friday daylight schedule and 11 paid federal holidays each year.

In a hospitality driven, multi dining outlet setting, you will prepare and present impressive and delicious beverages such as coffee and tea, along with paired food items such as pastries, and sandwiches with expert customer service. Additionally, you will operate beverage machinery including espresso machine, take orders, enter in POS system, maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, and manage inventory. Experience as a barista is desired.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. This can be full or part-time and provides very flexible schedules. Hospitality experience is desired and a SMILE is required!
