- - - SUMMARY: Responsible for preparation and service for all Espresso Bar food and beverage menu items. Responsible for the daily set-up and break down of this work area; maintaining it in a neat and sanitary condition. Maintains the highest standards of menu item preparation following standard recipes to assure consistency of all beverages served.

- - - Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to)

- - - - Prepares and serves all food and beverages in the Espresso Bar.
- - - - Follows approved recipes for the preparation of beverages to assure consistency while maintaining portion control and quality standards.
- - - - Maintains cleanliness and proper sanitation of the work area and equipment.
- - - - Performs routine equipment cleaning and standard daily cleaning/maintenance as needed to keep the equipment in good working order.
- - - - Prepares requisitions for supplies as needed to keep the station properly stocked and ready for business.
- - - - Enter orders in the point-of-sale system, handles cash and completes transactions.
- - - - Provides courteous Guests Service and adheres to Guest Service Standards.

Qualifications

- - - Mandatory Requirements:

- - - - Must be at least 16 years of age.
- - - - Must complete Food Handler or ServSafe and Responsible Alcohol Service certification or have proof of current certification.
- - - - Cash-handling experience preferred.
- - - - Ability to communicate and follow directions effectively.
- - - - Must have ability to learn and operate point-of-sale system.
- - - - Must possess a cooperative and friendly nature.
- - - - Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test.
- - - - Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license.
- - - - Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
- - - - Must be able to communicate proficiently in English.
