Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

A famous coffee shop in Dubai is seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coffee preparation, a customer-focused attitude, and a deep appreciation for delivering high-quality beverages and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee beverages, including espressos, cappuccinos, and lattes, according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service to enhance their coffee experience.
• Operate, maintain, and clean coffee equipment such as espresso machines and grinders, ensuring functionality and hygiene.
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Manage inventory levels for coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies, ensuring timely restocking as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain a welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Barista, with a minimum of 2 years in specialty coffee preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee barista techniques, latte art, and coffee bean varieties.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to create a friendly and engaging atmosphere.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders efficiently.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining coffee equipment.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
