A little taste of your day-to-day:
Your role will include but not be limited to:
Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
Deliver exceptional service by building genuine guest relationships, anticipating preferences, and creating memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits.
Actively promote and upsell signature beverages, seasonal offerings, pastries, and other menu items to maximize guest satisfaction and achieve revenue targets.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all beverage and food offerings, confidently recommending products tailored to each guest's tastes and preferences.
Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, presentation, and service excellence, reflecting the luxury standards of the hotel.
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and barista equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing service interruptions.
Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, proactively communicating replenishment requirements to ensure uninterrupted service.
Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating stock inventory, and food safety standards.
Comply with all food safety, HACCP, hygiene, and health & safety regulations while consistently maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Build guest loyalty by recognizing returning guests, remembering preferences where appropriate, and promoting hotel dining experiences, loyalty programs, and special promotions to drive repeat business.
Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage team to identify opportunities for increased sales, guest engagement, and continuous improvement in service delivery.
