Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages with precision and care
• Provide exceptional customer service, creating a friendly and inclusive environment
• Assist with daily operations, including inventory management and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Support the Store Manager in overseeing staff and ensuring efficient store operations
• Help foster a positive, community-driven atmosphere in line with the café's values

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a barista in a fast-paced café environment
• A passion for coffee and customer service
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Leadership potential with a desire to grow into an Assistant Store Manager role
