We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused
Barista
to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, delivers exceptional customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards.
• 
  Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
• 
  Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
• 
  Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
• 
  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and dining areas.
• 
  Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and replenishment.
• 
  Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• 
  Ensure beverages are prepared consistently with excellent presentation and quality.
• 
  Assist in opening and closing duties, including equipment setup and cleaning.
• 
  Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• 
  Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

Requirements

• 
  Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• 
  Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art is preferred.
• 
  Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• 
  Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• 
  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• 
  Strong time management and organizational skills.
• 
  Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• 
  Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• 
  Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate loads when required.
• 
  Passion for specialty coffee and café culture.
• 
  Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• 
  Team player with a proactive and reliable work ethic.
• 
  Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• 
  Willing to work with shifting schedules.
