At Sea Containers London, we're looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our vibrant Food & Beverage team. Based in The Den, you'll craft exceptional coffees and beverages, serve fresh food offerings, and create genuine connections with our guests in one of London's most exciting lifestyle hotels.

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, teas and beverages with consistency and flair.
• Deliver warm, engaging service that keeps guests coming back.
• Recommend products and seasonal specials to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming coffee bar environment.
• Support the wider Food & Beverage team when needed.

What we're looking for

• Previous Barista experience in a busy café, restaurant, hotel or hospitality environment.
• Passion for coffee, hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety and allergens is desirable.
