The Coffee Shop at Baptist Health Lexington provides high-quality beverages, food items, and exceptional service to patients, visitors, and team members throughout the hospital. The Barista plays an important role in creating a welcoming experience by preparing coffee, espresso beverages, and food items while ensuring accuracy, quality, and excellent customer service. This position supports daily operations through safe food handling, accurate transactions, cleanliness, and adherence to hospital and regulatory standards.
The Barista provides exceptional customer service by preparing and serving quality coffee, espresso beverages, and food items in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is responsible for accurate cash handling, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and following all food safety, sanitation, and organizational standards to ensure an outstanding experience for patients, visitors, and staff.
