We're looking for a Part-Time Barista who can craft exceptional coffee, create genuine connections, and keep the energy high from the first espresso shot to the last pastry sold.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Prepare espresso beverages, coffee, teas, smoothies, and specialty drinks with consistency and care.
  • Welcome every guest with authentic hospitality and a positive attitude.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked café throughout your shift.
  • Recommend menu items, pastries, grab-and-go selections, and retail products.
  • Operate the POS system accurately and handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to keep service fast, friendly, and efficient.
  • Help with opening, closing, inventory, stocking, and daily cleaning responsibilities.

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • At least 1 year of barista or café experience preferred.
  • Experience operating commercial espresso equipment is a plus.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A dependable work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Frequently lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive motions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
