Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other hot and cold beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Take customer orders and answer questions about menu items, including specialty beverages and food offerings.
Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to all customers.
Prepare food items as needed, ensuring consistency and quality.
Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately following established procedures.
Balance and close out the register at the end of each shift, completing all required documentation.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Follow all organizational, departmental, and facility policies and procedures.
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment; report any malfunctions or issues to leadership.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs appropriately.
Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensure
No prior experience required.
Ability to perform duties in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Strong customer service skills with a professional and positive demeanor.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred.
