Barista – Events Team

We are looking for experienced, professional Baristas to join our events team, working across a variety of venues and hospitality events. This role is ideal for confident coffee professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and can consistently deliver high-quality drinks and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffees and hot beverages to a consistently high standard
• Operating espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment confidently and efficiently
• Providing friendly, professional customer service in busy event environments
• Setting up and maintaining clean, organised coffee stations across different venues
• Managing workflow during high-volume service periods
• Following food hygiene, health & safety, and allergen procedures at all times
• Supporting the wider events and hospitality team when required
• Maintaining stock levels and reporting shortages or equipment issues

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Barista in cafés, hospitality, events, or high-volume venues
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, milk texturing, and espresso extraction
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality and presentation standards
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to different venues and event styles
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• A positive attitude and strong team-work ethic
