Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our hospitality team in Malta. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee preparation, customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages
• Operate coffee machines and equipment professionally and safely
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Take customer orders and handle payments when required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service area
• Ensure drinks are prepared according to quality and presentation standards
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
• Follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista
• Good English communication skills required
• Valid Skills Pass Certificate mandatory
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
