Barista

Schedule: Part Time-Exact days to be discussed at interview as there is some flexibility.

Pay: Starting at $18-$19 hourly.

As a Barista, you'll contribute to the dealership success by providing legendary customer service to all customers. This position creates the Michael's Experience for our customers by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.

Who we are looking for:

• Candidate must have prior customer service experience or relative experience interacting with people
• Must be customer focused and committed to providing top tier customer service
• Must be able to work independently
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Responsible/reliable/team player
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.

Barista Responsibilities:

• Delivers remarkable customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace
• Maintains a professional and appropriate work attire/appearance
• Provides quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• May include some light receptionist duties as needed
