A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of premium quality coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with current coffee trends, techniques, and equipment to continually enhance your craft.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including restocking ingredients and supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to offer a harmonious pairing of beverages with our delightful food menu.
• Actively promote and upsell hotel services and products, ensuring an unforgettable experience for our guests.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently, following all hotel procedures.

What do we need from you?

• Previous experience as a barista is essential, preferably in a high-end hotel or premium coffee shop.
• A deep knowledge and understanding of different coffee beans, brewing techniques, and latte art.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with an ability to connect and engage with diverse individuals.
• Passion for delivering consistently impeccable beverages while maintaining speed and efficiency during peak periods.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work well within a team and independently, showing initiative to go above and beyond.
