Reporting to the Food Service Manager and Bistro Coordinator. Responsible for preparation and service of food and beverage in the Bistro Brew coffee shop.

Required: High School Diploma and Food handlers Certificate within 30 days of hire
Pay: Based on experience, starting at $16.14/hour

Responsibilities
Computer PM Security Checklist and communicates and reports activities and/or issues., Ensures that all foods are covered, labeled, dated and timed in accordance with HACCP guidelines., Ensures that all necessary items are stocked in coffee shop., Maintains a clean, safe and sanitary work environment as established by all regulatory agencies., Maintains a friendly and cheerful demeanor at all times while on duty. , Oversees stocking of all coffee shop food and supplies in accordance with regulatory guidelines., Prepares salads, sandwiches and pastries as well as made to order beverages., Records and monitors all quality control indicators. , Responsible for closing register at end of night and securing money and financial information as per policy., Responsible for preparation of food of the Bistro Brew., Responsible for running of cash register. , Works all positions in the coffee shop as necessary.
