Barista

We are a people-powered business. So, we’re looking for a Barista who brings passion, skill, and creativity to every cup they serve. Someone who thrives in a guest-facing environment, enjoys crafting high-quality beverages, and delivers warm, personalized service that elevates the café experience.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Preparing and serving a wide range of hot and cold beverages including specialty coffees, teas, smoothies, and signature drinks.

Ensuring accuracy and consistency in beverage preparation by following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.

Greeting guests professionally, taking orders, recommending beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Operating espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the barista station, equipment, counters, and seating areas.

Managing inventory of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and café supplies, and assisting with stock rotation.

Handling cash, POS transactions, and billing with accuracy and professionalism.

Supporting the café team during busy periods to maintain smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Adhering to hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

Learning new beverage techniques and participating in barista training to enhance skills.

What we need from you

High school diploma or equivalent; barista or beverage training is a plus.

Previous experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or hotel is preferred.

Strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks, brewing methods, and coffee flavor profiles.

Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitude.

Must speak basic English; additional languages may be preferred.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
